A small (airlock sized) amount of sodium metabisulfite accidently entered the solution soon after pitching the yeast.

13th June, 2001. Good tasting beer. Head to improve a little.
Later. A very good tasting beer. A pleasant introduction to homebrew.
mid-2004 Very nice, but a little flat. Head never improved.
