Lemonade

Start Date: 20th May 2001
Bottle Date: 13th June 2001

Ingredients

2kgglucose
5gEC-118 Yeast (Champagne)
2kglemons, juiced
4gyeast nutrient
2 lemonszested

Method

Mix lemon juice, glucose, and some water. Boil for 20 minutes and dissolve. Dilute to 20 litres in fermenter. Pitched yeast at 32'C. Ferment and prime as per beer.
