Ingredients

1	Black Rock Cider kit
1kg	Glucose
1 sachet (7g)	Cider Yeast (from kit)

Method

Followed directions as per can, filling to 23.0 litres. Nothing special in preparation.

We either bottled too early, or added too much sugar when priming. Probably the latter. This was called our 'exploding cider' after a number of bottles exploded.

Tasting Notes

Earlier Nice, but weak on taste.

31 August, 2004. Very fizzy, but also very nice. Taste has improved with aging.

17 April, 2005 Still very fizzy, still too weak.
