2006-11-25 It's warm, flat and cloudy; right out of the fermenter. Yet the beer tastes acceptable. Hoping it'll be nice when fizzed up and been refrigerated.
2006-11-30 Very standard beer. Not particularly anything: not bitter, not sweet, not sharp, not smooth. Drinkable but so far insipid. Not very fizzy yet, poured over ice rather than refrigerated.
2006-12-02 Dull, boring. Still not fizzy enough.
2006-12-14 Dull, but drinkable. Decent fizziness, decent head.
2006-12-20 Apparently "very drinkable", but doesn't compare to the Pilsner or Goat Brew we tried recently when out with friends. We've now gone and bought supplies for a Czech Pilsner and Newcastle Brown so that we can have some real beer. (Once the lemonade has finished)
